As part of our continued initiatives for service enhancement, Asista is pleased to announce the launch of our much-awaited, fresh and fully revamped Agent Interface (UI).

Our New Agent UI makes life simpler for agents, supervisors with easier navigation and improved User Experience (UX) and filters.

If you’ve been a part of team Asista for a while, you will love the fresh feel of Agent UI. At anytime click “Tour” from Menu for screen guidance.

In a nutshell, here’s what’s new with our upcoming Agent UI:
