Our New Agent UI makes life simpler for agents, supervisors with easier navigation and improved User Experience (UX) and filters.

In a nutshell, here’s what’s new with our upcoming Agent UI:

- Quick Edit option in the ticket list for each ticket.
- Better Filter and Sorting.
- Ticket list enriched with more useful information like Agents working on the ticket.
