We are delighted to announce an exciting new feature that gives your support team an added, powerful boost. Get ready to allow your agents to now Create Anonymous Tickets.
This new feature extends the scope of your support and services beyond just registered users, and lets them offer support to prospective customers, or simply those who may not wish to register.
To enable this new feature for your agents, head over to Ticket Settings on your Asista tenant.
Select the View Ticket By Anonymous User checkbox and enable or disable the Ticket Categories you’d like to make available for anonymous users.
Your agents will now be able to create tickets for anonymous users apart from registered users.
